Based in Ripley, in the Surrey Hills, Candice offers a well-equipped Gratz Pilates studio with on-site parking available. She follows the classical Pilates method and has been teaching Pilates since 2004.
Using the authentic Gratz Pilates equipment, invented by Joseph Pilates, you will be amazed at how quickly these exercises take effect. Candice has been teaching Classical Pilates for over two decades, having discovered that helping clients achieve lasting results requires more than just strength and endurance - it depends on alignment, posture, and correct movement patterns. This passion led her to train with the London-based Body Control Pilates Association, where she gained a rigorous and in-depth qualification rooted in the authentic lineage of Joseph Pilates. Her teaching stays true to the classical method, offering clients a safe, effective and mindful approach to movement that supports both body and mind.
