BOOK APPOINTMENTS
Booking a Pilates session is simple. You’re welcome to book a 1:1 session, share a session with a friend, or I can help find someone else who wishes to share at a similar level. , depending on what feels right for you.
If you are new to Pilates, then I suggest booking a discovery Pilates session.
What to expect during your Pilates session:
A calm, supportive environment
Clear guidance
Sessions tailored to your ability, injuries or concerns
If you would like to book an appointment, you can either use the booking button to find a day and time that fits your diary, or you can contact Candice to check availability and ask any questions.
The usual response time is within 24 hours.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in - leggings or joggers and a fitted top work well.
Grippy socks are helpful, but bare feet are absolutely fine.
Please avoid baggy clothing or jeans. Comfort comes first, no special Pilates outfits needed :)
